RE: SURPLUS VEHICLES
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Accounting has advised the Board of County
Commissioners that two vehicles "unit numbers 6504153 and
6405289" have been involved in accidents and determined to be
irreparable, and
WHEREAS , Accounting has recommended that the above two
vehicles be removed from the asset list and that they be
salvaged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the vehicles units
6504153 and 6405289 be declared surplus and removed from the
asset list.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Accounting is authorized to
dispose of the vehicles as salvage as appropriate.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of
November A.D. , 1984 .
