Boni= = _Transportation Agreement with the Weld County Community Center
Foundation
Enclosed for Board approval is an Agreement with the Weld County
Community Center Foundation to provide transportation service to
their clients.
Transportation service will be provided to the Weld County Community
Center Foundation at a rate of $10.00 per hour for a maximum of 3,200
hours or $32,000.00 for one year of transportation service. This will
cover the costs of administration, gas and oil , repair and maintenance,
overhead and salaries.

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st
day of July , 1980, by and between the weld County
Division of Human Resources--Transportation Program, hereinafter
referred to as "Human Resources" , and Weld County Community Center
Foundation, hereinafter referred to as "WCCF" ,
WITNESSFTH
WHEREAS, Human Resources implements a transportation program
for senior citizens, the handicapped, and low income individuals , and
WHEREAS, WCCF implements programs for residents of Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto are desirous of formalizing an
Agreement which will operate to the benefit of both parties in the
establishment and operation of a coordinated transportation service
for the use of WCCF clients, senior citizens , the handicapped, and
low income residents of Weld County;
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree and convenant as follows :
1 . Human Resources agrees to provide transportation priority
to WCCF clients in an amount equal to approximately 3200
hours at a rate of $10.00 per hour. Human Resources shall
retain the flexibility to provide these transportation
services through its transportation system.
2. Human Resources shall provide insurance in accordance with
laws of the State of Colorado.
3. a. WCCF agrees to reimburse Human Resources a maximum of
$32,000 for one year of transportation services to
begin July 1 , 1980 for WCCF clients to cover the costs
of administration, overhead, gas and oil , repair and
maintenance, and salaries.
b. Human Resources agrees to bill WCCF quarterly on the
basis of actual transportation hours provided.
c. Human Resources agrees to review actual transportation
costs at the end of six (6) months. Necessary amendments
or adjustments would be made at that time.
4. All requests for additional transportation for WCCF must be
accompanied by a formal written request and agreement to
pay additional costs incurred, if any.
5. It is agreed between the parties that either party hereto
has the right to terminate this Agreement within thirty (30)
days after service is instituted upon thirty (30) days written
notice given to the other party.
6. This Agreement may be amended with the written consent of both
parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement
as of the date first written above.
