RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Stanley Cass be appointed to said board as the
District 1 representative, to replace Anne White, with a term to expire May 23, 2008, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Kelley Hekowczyk be reappointed to said board
as the at-large representative, with a term to expire May 23, 2008.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Stanley Cass be, and hereby is, appointed to said board as the District 1
representative, to replace Anne White, with a term to expire May 23, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Kelley Hekowczyk be, and hereby is,
reappointed to the Board of Public Health, with a term to expire May 23, 2008.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 18th day of May, A.D., 2005.
