RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BUILDING TRADES
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Marion Richter be appointed to said board as
the heating contractor, to replace Sam Ainsworth, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Mike DeLaney be appointed to said board as the
electrical contractor, to replace Larry Jorgensen, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that James Fassler be reappointed to said board as
the small independent general contractor, and Ron Berhardt be reappointed to said board as the
plumbing contractor, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Marion Richter and Mike DeLaney to
said board, with terms to expire April 10, 2007, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint James Fassler and Ron Berhardt to
said board, with terms to expire April 10, 2008.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Marion Richter and Mike DeLaney be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Building Trades Advisory Committee, with terms to expire April 10, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that James Fassler and Ron Berhardt be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Building Trades Advisory Committee,with terms to expire April 10,
2008.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 14th day of March, A.D., 2005.
