RESOLUTION
RE: ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION OF GARY FORTNER AS DIRECTOR OF
PLANNING SERVICES .
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Gary Fortner has submitted to the Board of County
Commissioners his letter of resignation as Director of Planning
Services for Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the Board has, at its meeting of October 15, 1980 ,
decided to accept said letter of resignation, with regret .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the resignation letter
of Gary Fortner as Director of Planning Services be, and hereby
is , accepted with regret.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
October , A.D. , 1980 .
