DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on the 17th day
of February, 1982, considered the request of Terry L. Chatterton
for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land
more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Northwest quarter of Section 18 , Township 3
North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners that the request of Terry L. Chatterton for permission to
place a mobile home as a principal dwelling on the above described
parcel of land, in the Agricultural Zone District, be, and hereby is,
granted.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of February,
A.D. , 1982.
