A permit fee,as set by separate ordinance of the Board of Weld County Commissioners,shall be required of applicants for new individual sewage
disposal systems(ISDS),payable at time of application.Permit foes are nonieftamdade:penult aoollcatlonu are nor transterade,If both a
building permit and an ISDS are issued for the same property and construction is not commenced prior to the expiration date of the building permit,
the ISDS permit shall expire at the same time as the building permit. If an ISDS permit is issued for a property that does not require a building
permit,the ISDS permit shall expire one year after its issuance if construction on the septic system has not commenced. Any change in plans or
specifications after the permit has been issued invalidates the permit unless approval is secured from the Health Officer or his/her designated agent.
Expired permits can be renewed by payment of the permit fee only if:
A.There has been no change in the plans and specifications of the proposed system as set out in the original application or such change is reviewed
and approved by a Division Representative.
B.The surrounding land,its use or zoning has not changed so-as-to cause the original application not to be acceptable under these regulations.

Weld County Commissioners and Weld County Planning Board,
Recently, The Dehann Dairy located outside Fort Lupton went in front of the
Weld County Planning board. The planning board directed the dairy to
create screening on the East side of his dairy as to shield the neighbors . We,
Tom Sevcik and Sheryl Sevcik, have agreed to allow the Dehanns to plant
trees on our side of the access road. The dairy will water, maintain and
replace the trees until they are fully established. By planting the trees on the
parcel of 7001 WCR 21 it will allow the dairy to have free movement in and
out of the South end of their property. The dairy has also agreed to plant a
bather parallel to 9799 WCR 16 in order to mitigate dirt and dust that
collects on the house due to the silage bags.This barrier will include trees
and evergreens of some type. The residents of 9799 WCR 16 will water the
thicker barrier of trees next to 9799 WCR 16.We hope this is agreeable with
the Country Commissioners. If you have any further questions feel free to

Subject: AMUSR-1231, Larry& Margaret DeHaan, the E2 SW4 of Section 27, T2N, R67W of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
Thank you for your participation in the referral process with Weld County and our request to
Amend USR-1231. In your letter dated March 21, 2005, you are requiring the following
restrictions of the surface. Here is our response attempting to satisfy your concerns:
1. KPK will require 150' around each wellhead without any improvements, including but not
limited to fences, roads, moveable structures and non-moveable structures. This facility
meets the requirements of 150'around any wellhead.
2. Sufficient distance on each side of an existing flowline and consolidation line. We will
ensure that appropriate distances are maintained on each side of existing flowlines and
consolidation lines.
3 If tank batteries are onsite, KPK will need at least 200' around each tank from any building
or structure. The 200'parameter is or will be met
3. Restrict 75' on each side of pipelines from an ignition source. The 75' parameter will be
met.
