RE: APPOINTMENT TO THE COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of Qounty Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Communications
Advisory Board due to the resignation of Eugene Whitcomb, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jack A. Hurst be
appointed to fill the unexpired term of Eugene Whitcomb, and
WHEREAS, said term expires on December 31, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to appoint
Jack A. Hurst to the Communications Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Jack A. Hurst be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Communications Advisory Board for
the unexpired term of Eugene Whitcomb which expires on December
31, 1982 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
May, A.D. , 1982.
