As per the mineral notice I received on March 24, 2005 from The Bell 5 Land
Company (Bell 5) , K. P. Kauffman Company, Inc. (KPK) has reviewed the plat and
would like more information from Bell 5 over concerning areas of the said plat.
Before Final Plat, KPK would like to have a Surface Use Agreement in place
before any construction on the property. Thank you for your time and I look forward to
