Dear Lee:
As per our lease agreement I would like to report my usage of the Weld County
water we leased for the 2005 irrigation season. My use was 1 share of Lupton Bottom
leased to Howard Cantrell . I used the counties 1 share to irrigate approximately 14 acres
of alfalfa and 11 acres of grass and supplemented approximately 1 acres of established
pine trees. My property is a portion of the SW 1/4 of section 1 township 2 north,range 67
west of the 6th PM, County of Weld, State of Colorado. I hope this information answers
