Dear Chris:
We have fulfilled the four outstanding requirements in order to get this plat recorded.
Enclosed please find the following:
1 — Copy of the approved Septic Permit
2 — Copy of the entrance as approved by Public Works
3— Paper copy of the plat documents—once you approve this paper set we will go to
mylar and get the signatures for recordation. Please contact me directly with any
concerns or changes you may have or if you approve of the document I will follow
through, get signatures, and supply the mylar for the recordation.
4 — It is my understanding that the Road Improvement and Maintenance Agreement has
been approved by Public Works and the County legal staff and is waiting for final
signatures. Please let me know if there are any problems with this as I'm assuming it is
finished except for the signatures.
I'll look forward to hearing from you and getting this one finalized.

SUBJECT: USR-1343, Owens Brothers Concrete
a.k.a. Ready Mixed Concrete
As a condition of the USR-1343, Item #2, L has been submitted and approved. A detailed construction
drawing has been reviewed showing the improvements for the access on to WCR 19 including acceleration
and a left turn slot. The drawing submitted is dated 9/14/2005, entitled Road Improvement Layout Plan.
This meets the requirement prior to recording the plat for Item #2, L.
The applicant's attorney is working with Lee Morrison on completing the Long-Term Road Maintenance and
Improvements identified as Item #2, I in the Conditions. This document has not been signed by neither the
applicant or the BOCC.
