RE: VACATION OF RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 404 - GEORGE AND MARY
BECKMAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on August 8, 1979 , the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolution approving Recorded
Exemption No. 404 for George and Mary Beckman concerning a parcel
of land located in part of Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, George and Mary Beckman have decided not to pursue
the Recorded Exemption, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to vacate Recorded
Exemption No. 404 for George and Mary Beckman.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Recorded Exemption No. 404
for George and Mary Beckman be, and hereby is, vacated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
March, A.D. , 1981.
