-- 1. Physical address will be used as primary home, which we live in now.
A corral used for live stock, a shop / Pole Barn used to store material for
the business like trucks, tools, Stamp pads, etc.
We have a privacy fenced yard so you will not see the trucks and
lumber from the road, Everything is well organized and we also receive
and make business call from the shop.
2. Our residential home is currently zoned as agricultural, we do have a
concrete business which will not interfere with the farm trucks or access
to the ditch roads, because we do not sell or make things here. All work
is done at the job sites, we have done numerous ditch repairs in this area
and driveways for a lot of farmers around the area since we have moved
in this area. We carry no hazardous waste, we use trash dumpsters for all
are waste like trash and wood.
3. The building is already zoned as agricultural we upgraded the building
by adding concrete floors, heat, bathrooms and a storage room inside.
We are 3 to 4 miles away from the town of LaSalle. The town of LaSalle
does not plan on building anything out this far at this time. The building
is not interfering with accesses to prime farmland in the surrounding
areas.
4. Agricultural surrounding and a few neighbors.
5. A- Three adults on a daily basis, and customers ( Usually husband and
wife ) come and see showroom once or twice a month.
B - None, Site is used for storage only - We only load trucks up in the
morning and work is done at Job sites.
C - Hours of operation, 1 hour in the morning loading trucks and 1 hr
in the evening putting trucks and equipment away.
D - We have 4 structural building on the proposed land. A residential
-- home which we live in, a oversized 2 car garage, a loafing shed which
carries no live stock at this time, and a 40' X 60' Pole barn to hold
material and trucks.
E - We will have one dog at the Pole barn area to protect the area and
two small house dogs that stay inside the home.
F - We have 1 skid steer , 1 international dump truck (2 ton) 1 1999 Ford
350 pickup (1 Ton ) and 1 2004 GMC pickup. That would access the site
on a daily basis. Depends on the Job to determine what equipment will
be used daily.
G - LaSalle fire Department, and we have 2 fire extinguishers installed
inside the shop. 1 fire extinguishers inside the home. And a fire hydrate
100 yards away from home.
H - Domestic water source - Central Weld
I - We have a 1250 gallon septic tank installed.
J - Forms, equipment, Lumber, Vehicles.

9. Structural buildings are already built and completed. And we currently
live on the site of our residential home. We use our shop to store material
and our vehicles for the business.
10. No waste expected, and we have a trash dumpster for all other trash
