1. Merel T. Meyer REQUEST: Speci-al exception to use part
BOA-833:81:10 of the property for a temporary use in
the Agricultural Zone District as set
forth in Section 9 of the Weld County
Zoning Resolution. The parcel of land
under consideration is described as
Pt. SE4, Sec. 26, T5N, R66W.
LOCATION: 12 miles south of Greeley at
Co. Road 52 and 35th. Avenue.
The applicant desires to be allowed to temporarily use a 30' x 100' poultry
house for a cabinet making business. Mr. Merel Meyer' s son, Randy S. Meyer,
is presently unemployed and is seeking a place to carry on his trade of
cabinet making as a sell employed cabinet maker. The applicant is seeking
permission to use the poultry house for the cabinet making operation until
January 1, 1983. The majority of the property at the present time is being
used as an agricultural unit.
