We wanted to inform you that due to extenuating circumstances surrounding an illness in the
applicant's family, we have been set back in our ability to complete the Conditions of Approval
for the Spring Meadows PUD Final Plat. We will continue to complete conditions and you will
be kept informed of progress as it is made.
We respectfully request that you provide us with a written response indicating that this delay in
time will not affect the staff approval process for the Spring Meadows PUD Final Plat.
