Each incident has been reported to Weld County Dispatch and/or directly to Firestone police, and numerous e-mails have been sent to the Mayor's office. To date, dozens of incidents have been reported. Residents near the new restroom have been unable to sell their homes, and some have been forced to rent their houses, further reducing home values. This hearing will be held at the Weld County Department of Planning Services, Conference Room, 918 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado. You have a right to attend this hearing and present evidence in support of your petition. The Weld County Assessor or his designee will be present.
