Commission on Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at 1:30 P.M. in the Hearing Room at the Weld County
Planning Department located at 918 10th Street in Greeley, Colorado. This Hearing is intended to
provide for public testimony relating to the proposed change of use for this property from its
existing agricultural use to eight residential lots.
You are being notified of this Public Hearing because of your recently acquired Mineral Leasehold
Interest in this property on behalf of Petroleum Development Corporation. Please contact myself
or Sheri Lockman of the Weld County Planning Department if you have any questions relating to
this action.
Colorado Revised Statutes require a minimum thirty day notice period prior to the Public Hearing.
