RESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR THE WELD COUNTY ATTORNEY TO PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION AGAINST RAYMOND AND DARLENE KAUFFMAN(HEIRS OF)AND MATHEW BELL FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Raymond and Darlene Kauffman (Heirs of), and Mathew Bell, VI #0300271, are allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code, and WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has not been corrected, and WHEREAS, on the 12th day of April, 2005, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Mathew Bell, property owner, was present at said hearing, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to refer said violation to the Weld County Attorney's Office for legal action, with an instruction for delay of action upon such referral until May 12, 2005, to allow adequate time for the property owners to remove the mobile home to bring the subject property into compliance and for an inspection of the property by the Department of Planning Services staff. The applicant shall schedule a final inspection with the Weld County Zoning Compliance Officer and submit a copy of the closure letter indicating compliance with Chapter 23 of the Weld County Code. 6. My problem is I have to move my current mobile home to be able to move the Bell's home to Akron. I have finally found someone to move and dispose of my current home and scheduled them to come the week of April I1th. I also have calls in to 3 separate places to move Matt and Marlene's mobile home to Akron, but have failed to receive any calls back. As soon as I get my current home out. I will schedule someone to move the Bell's mobile home to Akron. I am anticipating this to happen no later than April 24'h. I am sorry this hasn't happened earlier, especially for Matt and Marlene: It has nothing to do with the Bell's not wanting to get the mobile home out, and I plan to do it as soon as possible.
