This letter will serve as notification to Weld County Planning that conditioned on the location of the 6' tall chain link fence along the easterly edge of the Railroad Lease Area, the objections raised in my January 31, 2005 letter to you shall be withdrawn and the Railroad will agree to the Amended Site Plan adjacent to the Railroad. However, please be advised, should the existing Lease with Ms. Greenfield be terminated by either party, the Railroad will require the chain link fence be relocated on the common property line. Should you have any questions or would like to discuss further, please call me to discuss.
