RE: APPROVE CREATION OF THE DRAINAGE/STORMWATER TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Weld County Commissioners on July 18, 2005, by Code
Ordinance#2005-8 created a drainage/stormwater fee for structures built in the urbanized areas
of unincorporated Weld County for the purpose of administration, engineering, consultants,
infrastructure,and other related expenses to deal with drainage and stormwater in unincorporated
Weld County, and
WHEREAS,the Board of Weld County Commissioners wishes to have drainage/stormwater
fees deposited and spent out of a special trust fund for the purposes cited above.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado, hereby creates the Drainage/Stormwater Trust Fund Number 7011,and directs
the Controller and the County Treasurer to create said fund on their respective books effective
immediately.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
wing vote on the 25th day of July, A.D., 2005.

FUND
Whereas, ....
Whereas, the Board of Weld County Commissioners on July 18, 2005,by Code
Ordinance 2005-8 created a drainage/stormwater fee for structures built in the urbanized
areas of unincorporated Weld County for the purpose of administration, engineering,
consultants, infrastructure, and other related expenses to deal with drainage and
stormwater in unincorporated Weld County, and
Whereas, the Board of Weld County Commissioners wishes to have drainage/stormwater

Now therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Weld County Commissioners hereby
creates the Drainage/Stormwater Trust Fund Number 7011, and directs Accounting and
the County Treasurer to create said fund on their respective books effective immediately.
