RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 962 - JOSEPH GRASHOT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 19th day of December, 1984 , considered the
request of Joseph Grashot for a mobile home permit to be used as
an extension beyond six months for temporary storage, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be located in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the NE4, Section 18 , Township 6 North,
Range 63 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, Zoning Permit #894 for temporary storage was staff
issued for this mobile home on May 31 , 1984 , and approval of this
Zoning Permit for a Mobile Home will allow the applicant to store
the mobile home on the subject site until May 31 , 1985 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Joseph
Grashot for a Zoning Permit for a Mobile Home as an extension
beyond six months for temporary storage on the above described
parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section
43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance be, and hereby is , granted.

and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
December, A.D. , 1984 .

Legal Description of Parcel: Part of the NE1, Section 18, T6N, R63W of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
Location: In the unincorpoarted town of Barnsville; north of State Highway
392 and east of Weld County Road 611
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
Zoning Permit for a Mobile Home #894 for temporary storage was staff issued
for this mobile home on May 31, 1984. Approval of this Zoning Permit for a
Mobile Home will allow the applicant to store the mobile home on the subject
site until May 31, 1985. The Department of Planning Services has not
received any objections to this application.
