RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE, PZ #1058, FROM THE
A(AGRICULTURAL)ZONE DISTRICT TO THE PUD(PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)
ZONE DISTRICT- FRANCISCO GARCIA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 20th day of
July, 2005, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Francisco Garcia, 1959 Blanca Court, Loveland, Colorado 80538, for Change of
Zone, PZ#1058, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)
Zone District for eight (8) lots with E (Estate) Zone uses and 11.2 acres of open space on the
following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot B of Recorded Exemption #3300; being part of
the W1/2 NE1/4 of Section 5, Township 4 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS,at said hearing, at the request of the applicant, the Board deemed it advisable
to continue said matter to a date when a full quorum of the Board will be present.
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to August 17, 2005, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to August 17,
2005, at 10:00 a.m.
