HomeMy WebLinkAbout830670.tiff RESOLUTION RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 803 - JAMES AND BETTY STEWART WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 16th day of November, 1983, considered the request of James and Betty Stewart to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Lot 5, Block 56, Aristocrat Ranchettes Sub- division, (Section 27 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P .M. ) Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet perk test requirements prior to the issuance of a building per- mit; 3) prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that the proposed water tap is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use and 4) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has com- plied with Conditions 1, 2 and 3. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of James and Betty Stewart to place a mobile home to be used as a prin- cipal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions as above listed.
