RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DAVID BAUER TO THE BIG DRY CREEK
WATERSHED ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Big Dry Creek Watershed Association, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that David Bauer be appointed to said board as the
Weld County representative, to replace Gabri Vergara, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint David Bauer to said board, effective
January 1, 2006.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that David Bauer be, and hereby is, appointed to the Big Dry Creek Watershed
Association, effective January 1, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of December, A.D., 2005.
