This letter is to inform you that on January 1 , 1984 , the
Weld County Alcohol Rehabilitation Center will become a
private non-profit corporation to be known as Island Grove
Regional Treatment Center , Inc .
Even though this agency will become a private non-profit
organization , the services we offer will not change . We
will continue to service our current population at a
comparable fee schedule and plan to offer additional services
in the future .
We ask that all correspondence to our agency , including the
Out Patient Department , be addressed as follows :

Department for the past three years and look forward to working

Dear Mr. Peterson:
This is to confirm a conversation with Arlyce Trossen and Don Warden that the
lease between Weld County and Weld Mental Health for space in the South County
Service Building has been extended for a one year period per the contractual
arrangement between the two entities. As indicated in the lease, the lease is
extended annually for a three year period unless either party gives a ninety
(90) day notice for cancellation. Weld County does not have any need for the
space and therefore, is agreeable to the extension per the contract.
