Jon File, Kenneth and Judith Schell, Farfrumwurkin LLP have applied for a Site Specific
Development Plan and a Special Review Permit for a Mineral Resource Development facilities
including Sand and Gravel Mining in the (A) Agricultural Zone District. The Planning
Commission heard this case on January 18, 2005 and recommended that the application be
forward onto the Board of County Commissioners with a recommendation of approval. It was
noted that the Planning Commission hearing was not properly notified in the newspaper. The
appropriate newspaper notification has occurred stating that the hearing would be held on May
3, 2005 to allow for additional public input.
