RE: APPROVAL OF CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AGREEMENT WITH COLORADO LAND-
FILL, INC. AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a Customer Account Agreement with Colorado Landfill,
Inc. has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions
of the credit privileges extended to Weld County by Colorado
Landfill, Inc. , and
WHEREAS, a copy of said agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board, after review of the agreement, deems it
advisable to approve said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Customer Account
Agreement with Colorado Landfill, Inc. be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be,
and hereby is, authorized to sign said agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
March, A.D. , 1983 .

Enclosed with your statement this month is a Customer Account
Agreement. This serves to update our records and clarify your
valued relationship with us.
We ask that you carefully read the agreement, sign it and return
it to us at your earliest convenience in order that we may continue
to effectively meet your solid waste disposal needs.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AGREEMENT
I/We, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following terms
and conditions of the credit priviledges granted to us by Colo-
rado Landfill , Inc.
1. Our account shall be paid in full on the 15th of
every month. Should the account not be paid in
full when due, we understand that our dumping
priviledges can and will be suspended until our
account has been paid in full, including any
finance charges on amounts past due.
2. Finance charges shall •be computed at the rate of
1. 5% per month or 18% per annum on amounts remain-
ing unpaid 30 days from the date of billing.
3 . We agree to pay all costs , legal and collection,
incurred by Colorado Landfill , inc. in the course
of their efforts to collect any amount past due
under this account agreement.
4. Persons authorized to charge on our account under
this agreement can be identified by the following
(i.e . our company -name displayed on vehicle , etc. ) :
5. We acknowledge that all landfills operated by Colorado
Landfill, Inc_ accept only non-hazardous, non-toxic
wastes. We certify that we have taken all reasonable
and necessary precautions to insure that all wastes we
deliver to landfills operated by Colorado Landfill , Inc.
are of a non-toxic and non-hazardous nature .
