The purpose of this request is to separate a seven acre, more or less, parcel from the remaining approx. 185 acres so that the smaller parcel may be sold to the neighbors who own the land adjoining the smaller parcel. 2. By approving this request, the adjustment of property lines between two contiguous parcels of land will be permitted. 3. By approving this request, the boundary change which would be allowed on the subject property will be compatible with the surrounding land use. 4. There are no improvements on the smaller parcel and by approving this request no new residential or permanent building sites will be created. 5. By selling the seven acres, more or less, under this proposal to the adjoining land owners, they will be enabled to use said parcel more effic- iently since said smaller parcel has been physically separated from the larger parcel by the Union Canal.
