THE PROPOSED USE OF THIS 70 ACRE PROPERTY:
WE WILL BE USING THE PROPERTY FOR A LANDSCAPING BUSINESS .
THERE WILL BE NO RETAIL SALES. WE WILL HAVE EMPLOYEES LEAVING
THE SHOP TO GO TO THE JOBSITE. WE WILL STORE OUR LANDSCAPE
AND FARMING MATERIALS ADJACANT TO THE SHOP. THE FARM LAND
HAS BEEN PUT INTO HAY. OUR FUTURE PLANS ARE TO GROW TREE'S.
WE WILL ALSO BE USING THIS PROPERTY FOR OUR PRIMARY
RESIDENCE. WE WILL BUILDING A 2300 SQ. FT RANCH STYLE HOME IN
THE NEAR FUTURE.
