Home My WebLink About20052151.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ALBERTO ARRIESSECQ TO COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS BOARD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Community Corrections Board, and WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Alberto Arriessecq be appointed to said board, as the at-large member representative, to replace Stan Peek, and WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Alberto Arriessecq to said board,with a term to expire August 1, 2008. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Alberto Arriessecq be, and hereby is, appointed to the Community Corrections Board, with a term to expire August 1, 2008. The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of August, A.D., 2005.
