RE: ACTION OF BOARD AT PROBABLE CAUSE HEARING CONCERNING USE BY
SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1345 - SETH AND KAYE WARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,on the 21st day of March,2005,a Probable Cause Hearing was held before the
Board to consider setting a Show Cause Hearing to determine whether or not Seth and Kaye Ward,
34283 Weld County Road 33,Greeley,Colorado 80631,were in compliance with certain Conditions
of Approval and Development Standards contained in Use by Special Review Permit#1345 for one
Single-Family Dwelling Unit Per Lot(other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A of the Weld
County Code) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, and
WHEREAS,the alleged violations were said to be occurring on property described as part
of the part of the NW1/4 and N1/2 SW1/4 of Section 3,Township 6 North, Range 67 West of the 6th
P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to continue said matter to April 25,
2005, at 9:00 a.m., to allow the applicant to submit a final plat.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Probable Cause Hearing Concerning Use by Special Review Permit#1345,
be, and hereby is, continued to April 25, 2005, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 21st day of March, A.D., 2005.
