RE: APPROVE GRANT OF EASEMENTS FOR WELD COUNTY BUSINESS PARK AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - REQUEST FROM THE CITY OF GREELEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has been presented with a Grant of Easements between the County
of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
and the City of Greeley, 1000 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, commencing upon full
execution, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said grant of easements, and
WHEREAS,after review,the Board deems it advisable to approve said grant of easements,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the Grant of Easements between the County of Weld,State of Colorado, by
and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and the City of Greeley be, and
hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said grant of easements.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of September, A.D., 2005.

GRANT OF EASEMENTS
THESE EASEMENTS, granted this_day of September, 2005, between the County of
Weld, a body corporate and politic of the State of Colorado, by and through its Board of County
Commissioners,whose legal address is 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631 of the County of
Weld , and State of Colorado, the Grantor, and the County of Weld, a body corporate and politic of
the State of Colorado, the Grantee.
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,
bargain, sell, and convey to the Grantee the easements described in the attached Exhibits "A," "B,"
and "C," and shown on the attached Exhibit "D,"to be used for access and for the placement and
location of utilities to the Grantees' property, Weld County Business Park P.U.D. Amendment, No.
1 Annexation, Parcel 2.
This Easement is for the benefit of and appurtenant to the property described above and is
permanent in nature.
