RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DOUGLAS GRAFF TO BUILDING TRADES ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Douglas Graff be appointed to said board as the
large contractor representative, to replace Gary Shironaka, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Douglas Graff to said board,with a term
to expire April 10, 2007.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Douglas Graff be, and hereby is,appointed to the Building Trades Advisory
Committee, with a term to expire April 10, 2007.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 19th day of September, A.D., 2005.
