Re; Early Release of Building Permit
Mr. Vigil,
This letter is a follow up to an earlier meeting we had in the office of Frank Piacentino on
the 25th of Oct, 2005, regarding A.D.A requirement as the would apply to the Old School
House at 2101 WCR 27. Which is in the process of a USR [No. 1535].
I had my first hearing with the Weld County Planning Commission on 12/20/05, at
which time the matter was handled as a CONSENT ITEM with no objection, and was
past along to be heard with the Weld County Commissioners on Jan. 4th 2005.
This property was purchased on September 29th, 2005, using a reverse 1031 Tax
Exchange. Since exchanges of this type have a 6 month window for completion, we are
asking that you allow us to submit our Building Permit Application before the 1/4/06
hearing date, to start the plan review, as 2 weeks at the end of my 6 month time frame
will be very important for us in order to meet the IRS requirements.
