RE: APPROVE REVISIONS TO FEE SCHEDULE FOR FEES COLLECTED BY THE WELD
COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a public hearing was held on the 17th day of October,2005,at 9:00 a.m., in the
Chambers of the Board for the purpose of considering proposed Methamphetamine Lab Clean-up
fees collected by the Weld County Department of Department of Public Health and Environment,
and
WHEREAS,after study and review,the Board deems it advisable to approve the proposed
Methamphetamine Lab Clean-up fees, effective October 31, 2005, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Methamphetamine Lab Clean-up fees collected by the Weld County
Department of Health Services, as attached, be, and hereby are, approved, effective October 31,
2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 17th day of October, A.D., 2005.

Proposed Methamphetamine Lab Clean-up Ordinance Fee's:
Methamphetamine Lab Assessment Fee $75.00
Methamphetamine Lab Decontamination Permit $200.00 (covers up to 5 hours of staff
time -review and inspection activities in excess of 5 hours will be billed at an hourly
rate)
Methamphetamine Lab—Hourly Rate $35.00/hour
Methamphetamine Lab Post-Decontamination Sampling and Analysis will be billed at the
market rate plus staff time.
