RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 596 - AMADO YANES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 12th day Of May, 1982, considered the request
of Amado Yanes for a mobile home to be used as a single family
dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as
follows:
Part of Lots 4 , 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 4,
East side addition to the town of Eaton,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following condition: 1) Prior to the issuance of
a building permit, the applicant shall submit to the Depart-
ment of Planning Services evidence of adequate sewage disposal
and water supply systems.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Amado
Yanes for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a
single family dwelling on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted, subject to
the condition above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
May, A. D. , 1982.
