HomeMy WebLinkAbout20050423.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI#0500001 ACTION AGAINST VICENTE MARTINEZ AND JERRY CORDLE FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Vicente Martinez and Jerry Cordle, VI #0500001, are allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code, and WHEREAS, on the 8th day of February, 2005, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Vicente Martinez and Jerry Cordle, property owner and tenant, were present at said hearing, and WHEREAS, at said hearing of February 8, 2005, the Board of County Commissioners determined the property owner has brought the subject property into compliance and deemed it advisable to dismiss said matter. The Board of County Commissioners will need to determine how they wish to proceed with this case. This hearing will take place in our Hearing Room, located at 918 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado.
