RE: INCREASE PETTY CASH FUND AT WELD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from the Department of Public Health and
Environment that the Petty Cash Fund, in the amount of $100.00, be increased to $200.00, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration and the Controller have
recommended approval of said request, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, deems it
advisable and in the best interests of Weld County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Petty Cash Fund, in the amount of $100.00, be, and hereby is,
increased to $200.00 for the Department of Public Health and Environment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 16th day of November, A.D., 2005.
