The applicants for USR-1497 Clement McNaney c/o JCB Engineering LLC have submitted the
attached revised plat illustrating that the main access to the site will be directly off of State
Highway 392. The Planning Commission will be hearing this case on June 7, 2005 at 1:30 in
the Greeley hearing room (918 10th Street, Greeley, CO 80631). The Department of Planning
Services requests that the referral agencies review the changes and amend your referrals
accordingly.
