COLORADO Subject: Legal Action Authorization
The Department of Building Inspection has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the August 9,
2005,hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Building Inspection is requesting that the Board review
the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations.
Weld County Building Violation Cases:
VI-0300315, Lester K and Rachel Oliver
Chapter 29, Article VIII, Section 29-8-40
All inspections shall be completed for the in-ground swimming pool.

Noncommercial Junkyard shall be screened from all adjacent properties and public right-of-ways, restore
current license plates and operating condition of all vehicles or remove all derelict vehicles. Additionally, a list
of people living in home and animal units on site shall be provided and numbers reduced accordingly.
