RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF PAUL BRANHAM TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Paul Branham be appointed to said board as
the District 3 representative, to replace Bryant Gimlin, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Paul Branham to said board, with a
term to expire July 31, 2006.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Paul Branham be, and hereby is, appointed to the Planning Commission,
with a term to expire July 31, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 14th day of September, A.D., 2005.
