It is mid-way between CR1 [which The City of Longmont has been negligent in not annexing and improving for northbound traffic exiting the Pratt Blvd. extension] and I-25. It is discontinuous for a couple of miles south of the St. Vrain Creek bluffs, but this is mostly a mined area. It would take the curse off going through Mead on 7 or detouring around it. It could be connected to an extension of Pecos or Zuni in Adams County. As with any route, there will be opposition [MeadowVale and the Elms, for instance] and environmental concerns along Boulder Creek but it's worthwhile considering. I hope the study doesn't cost $200,000! John Folsom Yahoo! for Good Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. COTYtwLikk2tMI- MS -Z`6'US 2005-2901 Hello
