RESOLUTION
RE: ACCEPTANCE OF BID SUBMITTED BY ROBERT V. FRANK CONCERNING
CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND AT THE FORT LUPTON LANDFILL.
a WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home

Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of July, 1980 , the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado declared the following

556 of the Weld County Records, said right of
way being 20 feet off the South side of the North
Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19 , a
distance of 2054 feet West of the East line of the
North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19,
Township 1 North, Range 66 West; thence North 10 . 0
feet to the true point of beginning; thence East
204 . 2 feet; thence North 416 . 5 feet; thence West
204 . 2 feet; thence South 416 . 5 feet to the point

WHEREAS, Robert V. Frank submitted the bid of $4 , 050 . 00
concerning the abovedescribed property, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advis-
able to accept the bid of Robert V. Frank concerning the above-
described parcels, and
WHEREAS, a Warranty Deed effecting the transfer of said
parcels to Robert V. Frank has been prepared and the Board
deems it advisable to authorize the Chairman to sign said deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the bid submitted by
Robert V. Frank for $4 , 050. 00 concerning certain parcels of land
at the Ft. Lupton Landfill , as described above, be, and hereby
is , accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign the Warranty Deed effecting the transfer of said par-
cels to Robert V. Frank.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
September, A.D. , 1980 .
