improvements,development rights and entitlements.
Grantor further reserves fir itself and its successors and assigns, an easement across and to
otherwise enter upon the property conveyed hereby to access, use, maintain, repair, and
replace the irrigation pump located on the property, and for other reasonable uses necessary
for Grantor, its successors or assigns to access, carry and to otherwise use the water
associated with the properly.

waler and water rights belonging to or in any way associated with the property described
herein_
