Home My WebLink About840768.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 867 - JACK WILLIAMS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on the 9th day of May, 1984, considered the request of Jack Williams to place one mobile home to be used as an accessory to a farm, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows : NWa, Section 14 , Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the following conditions : 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percola- tion test requirements prior to the issuance of a building per- mit; and 3) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with Conditions 1 and 2 above . NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County Colorado that the request of Jack Williams to place a mobile home to be used as an accessory to a farm on the hereinabove described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions as above listed. The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that the request be approved for the reasons: WILL WILL NOT X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive Plan X Be compatible with the surrounding area X Be in harmony with the character of the neighborhood X Adversely affect the immediate area X Be adequately served by water and sewage disposal facilities X Adversely affect the general health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the County COMMENTS: The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections regarding this proposal. The Weld County Environmental Health Department recommends that a complete and separate sewage disposal system be required for this trailer. The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is conditional upon: 1.
