Our linear survey has identified an existing pipeline owned by El Paso Corporation, which we propose to cross. The approximate location of the crossing(s) are located in following location(s) (described in section township range) S6-T11 N-R66W, S6-T11 N-R66W, S6-T11 N-R66W, $6-T11 N-R66W, S6-T11 N-R66W. At your earliest convenience,please provide Entrega with your requirements and or specifications for crossing your pipeline facility. Also, please provide the name and telephone number of a El Paso Corporation representative that you want to be contacted prior to construction. If a response to this letter is not received within 30 days, your crossing specifications will be assumed to the same as the federal or state regulations affecting such crossings and that the only contact you desire is the required Colorado "Dig-Alert"(One Call)notification just prior to construction.
