RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Chad Auer be appointed to said board to
replace Larry Wilson, and Bruce Fitzgerald be appointed to replace Don Beierbach, and Bryant
Gimlin be appointed to replace Syl Manlove, and Doug Ochsner be appointed to replace Randy
Peterson, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tony Evans be reappointed to said board as
an associate member, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Chad Auer, Bruce Fitzgerald, Bryant
Gimlin and Doug Ochsner to said board, and reappoint Tony Evans to said board, with terms to
expire December 31, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Chad Auer, Bruce Fitzgerald, Bryant Gimlin and Doug Ochsner be,
and hereby are, appointed; and Tony Evans be, and hereby is, reappointed, with a term to expire
December 31, 2007.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
lowing vote on the 23rd day of February, A.D., 2005.
