The attached deed copy is from a title search conducted when this property was
purchased in January of 2002. It states that the Union Pacific Land Resources
Corporation transferred all of their rights to mineral interests to the Champlin Petroleum
Company in August of 1977. Through research using the Bureau of Land Management
website (see attached) I have found the following name changes have taken place since

This letter follows up our telephone conversation on April 11 concerning the
application that you have filed with Weld County for a site specific development plan and
special review permit for property described as a 7.41 acre parcel located within the NE/4 of
Section 9, Township 1 North,Range 68 West.
This letter is to confirm that Anadarko Petroleum Corporation received written notice
of a public hearing to be held before the Weld County Planning Commission on Apri 119,
2005.
The Anadarko entities do not at this time object to the application.
I understand that you may provide a copy of this letter to Weld County as part of your
application for development.
