We have been notified as owners to this property that a meeting with the Weld
County Planning Commission is set for September 7 , 2004, at 1:30 p.m. This
meeting will take place in Conference Room, Weld County Planning Department,

At this current time this building has an Agricultural Permit, Our interest is to
upgrade our permit that the County is requiring.
