RE: DECLARATION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY/1965 DETROITER MOBILE HOME.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Manager of Equipment Services has recommended that the 1965
Detroiter Mobile Home (I.D. No. FJ553CK10WR2835) , acquired on tax sale, be
declared surplus property and the Director of Finance and Administration concurs
that the property is no longer required for the operation of Weld County
government and should be disposed of through sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado that the above described mobile home hereby is declared
surplus property in accordance with the Weld County Home Rule Charter and
appropriate State Statute.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Administration
and Purchasing Agent are hereby authorized and directed to dispose of the
itemized surplus property through a sealed bid process.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Administration
is further directed to deposit all proceeds from the sale of the property
into the General Fund of Weld County.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the gth day of November, A.D. , 1981.
